Conditions of employment

The initial contract will be running for a period of three years. The candidate will be offered a tenure track in accordance with the ESE Tenure Track Policy. This entails among others that qualification for the membership of ERIM within a reasonable period is required.  The salary for a full-time Assistant Professor is based on scale 11 and 12 (max. € 4,970 gross per month) excluding 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% end of year bonus. The conditions of employment are in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU), with a 38 hours working week and an extensive package of fringe benefits. The ESE offers extensive opportunities to maintain professional skills and knowledge. The fringe benefits include an employment conditions selection model and participation in a salary savings scheme or a life-course savings scheme.
