Internationalisation is a significant focal point for the Erasmus School of Economics (ESE). The Manager Internationalisation and Marketing is responsible for achieving the internationalisation and education marketing goals and targets. You will do this with a team of two Education Marketing Officers and one Student-Assistant, which you will be managing. You will also work in close cooperation with the Information Desk of the Education Service Centre (ESC). You will develop internationalisation and education marketing strategies for our international Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes. You will also participate in education marketing activities, such as providing adequate information to students about these programmes. You will draw up, maintain and guard the internationalisation and education marketing budget.
You are the linking pin between the students of our international programs, the lecturers, the Education Director and the ESC. You will participate in maintaining the quality and strength of the international programs, and manage international relations and partnerships.
In addition to a Master's degree, you have acquired work experience in the area of internationalisation in higher education, preferably in the field of education marketing and the management of international relations and partnerships. You have excellent networking skills and the capacity to build a network in the international education field. Your strengths are both analytical and practical; you are accurate and flexible and work efficiently in a high pressure and dynamic environment. You have excellent oral and written communication skills; besides full proficiency in English you have at least a good working knowledge of Dutch. You operate well in a team but also show a strong self-directed way of working. You are open to travelling abroad.
In view of the responsibilities and competences associated with the position and your qualifications and experience, the ESE offers a salary up to a monthly maximum of € 4,374 (scale 11), based on a full-time position. The contract is for a period of one year, with the option of extension in case of good performance. Education Service Centre
You will be working within the Education Service Centre (ESC) and cooperate closely with the School’s Management Team, academic directors, students, the University’s International Office and external partners. You will report directly to the Head of the ESC.
