You are also responsible for the compilation of an annual report on the incoming and outgoing exchange students in media and communication at the end of each academic year, including a financial overview; you will maintain a sound and transparent filing system ensuring proper controlling.

You will work very closely together in a team, consisting of the Founding Dean/Chair of Media and Communication, the student advisor Media and Communication, the IBCoM education coordinator, the IBCoM admissions officer, and the Faculty’s other international exchange officers who focus on other degree programmes offered by the Faculty of History and Arts and/or the Faculty of Social Sciences. The latter officers and the IBCoM admissions officer perform in part similar duties to yours and you will mutually replace one another in appropriate cases.
