Hypoxic-ischemic brain damage in babies is a major clinical problem and there are only limited treatment options. You will be working on an international collaborative project (NeuroBid) funded by the EU-FP7. We aim at regenerating the neonatal brain by Mesenchymal Stemcell transplantation after neonatal brain damage in mice.
You are a (medical) biologist who is motivated to perform animal research and to apply in vitro cell biological approaches. You are challenged by novel scientific concepts, are ambitious and wish to develop your skills and knowledge as a scientist in a challenging international research environment.
We offer a temporary full-time appointment for a maximum of 4 years on salary scale 10.
