Large, worldwide search engine for online job ads. Search menu offers mainly keyword function and searching by region (choose ‘’More search options’’). Only recent ads are given (until approximately two weeks earlier).

Career.edu

American jobsite offering vacancies at research institutions and universities in several countries, including a large number in European countries. Apart from keyword search the site offers a simple browse menu with stepwise searching by country or function type.

Monster

Thousands of vacancies, world wide. Many countries, among which The Netherlands, have their own site, accessible from monster.com. These offer special categories for example aimed at starters, or access to CVs, company profiles or jobs classified per employer.

Jobpilot International

Tens of thousands of vacancies from all over the world, of which a large part in Germany. Access to vacancies via twenty specific country-sites or via a general (very extensive) search-menu. Country-sites (in the language of the country) also have extras such as a personal page; the lay-out and construction of the sites are always the same. The sites also include company-information, CV-archives, news and background-information.

Job site with jobs in Spain and Latin America. Most adverts are for jobs in Spain. The site has extensive background information, for example on salaries. Adverts display the number of people who have already responded.

JobsDB.com

Worldwide jobs database for the Pacific area. The home page gives access to separate sites for 11 countries: Australia, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore Taiwan, Thailand and the USA. Each country site offers an extensive search menu, a CV database and an email service.

Well organised collection of links to vacancy-sites with information on numbers of jobs in their database and the presence of extras such as personalised email and CV tools. Classified by discipline. Mainly American en British sites are covered. Furthermore the site has a CV-archive, a list of British recruitment agencies, background information and links to other information-resources.

Worldwide job search engine offering a separate home page for each country covered. Homepages in turn give access to other countries via menu ‘Worldwide’. Jobs can be looked up using a very simple menu according to sector or job location. Also a search tool is available.

Experteer

Jobs in Europe and the United States (see USA Jobs in menu International). Search tool includes desired salary, country, travel distance and keyword. For access to complete job descriptions registration (free) is required.
