·         Preparing presentations and (assisting with) sessions for the IBCoM Open Day and working closely with ESHCC’s Marketing and Communications department;

·         Representing IBCoM at (international) fairs and events.

The main tasks in the back office include:

·         Administrative processing (including evaluation of diplomas) of the applications for the Media and Communication programmes in our databases;

·         Working closely with other stakeholders within and outside the University, such as Admissions Office;

·         Attending meetings regarding Registration and Enrolment of students, keeping track of developments with regards to international higher education;

·         Assisting the Selection Committees by preparing the applications for the selection process, and profiling the candidate and his or her qualifications;

·         Keeping track of the applications and reporting to the Selection Committees on a regular basis while keeping an eye on the strict deadlines;

·         Proactively reaching out to applicants who require attention;

·         Communicating with applicants regarding the status of their application and answering various questions;

·         Keeping the website for prospective students up-to-date;

·         Delivering and updating content and visuals for the Media and Communication brochures and flyers (in consultation with ESHCC’s Marketing and Communications Office);

·         Closely monitor the applications throughout the year and provide the management with periodical reports about key developments in applications and admissions;

·         Take all necessary steps to ensure that the department’s targets for admissions and recruitment are realized.
