The HR Officer reports to the Human Resources Manager and works closely with the HR Director, RSM staff, the Finance Office, recruitment agencies, job applicants and other external stakeholders. The HR department consists of an HR Director, an HR Manager and the HR Officer.

 Tasks

Main tasks of the HR Officer relate to HR administration;

• recruitment and selection
• employment contracts
• sick leave registration
• monitoring the performance appraisal procedure
• coordination of management information
• supporting the salary admin process
• contributing to on-going HR projects. 

At least a Bachelor degree (preferably Human Resources Management)

 Experience/skills

• At least two years of work experience in a comparable position, preferably in an international environment within the service industry
• Experience in HR and Salary Administration
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Dutch
• Experience with MS Office, and HR software
• Ability to create relevant HR overviews
• Ability to organize an efficient and effective administration
• Punctual and confidentiality sensitive

The salary range for this specific position is between € 2.800 and € 3.100 (scale 14), this is based on a fulltime employment. Ranking will be based on education and working experience. Furthermore, the RSM has excellent secondary benefits.
