The HR Officer reports to the Human Resources Manager and works closely with the HR Director, RSM staff, the Finance Office, recruitment agencies, job applicants and other external stakeholders. The HR department consists of an HR Director, an HR Manager and the HR Officer.
Tasks
Main tasks of the HR Officer relate to HR administration;
At least a Bachelor degree (preferably Human Resources Management)
Experience/skills
Competencies
Problem Solving Capacity, Customer-, Team-, and Result orientated.
The salary range for this specific position is between € 2.800 and € 3.100 (scale 14), this is based on a fulltime employment. Ranking will be based on education and working experience. Furthermore, the RSM has excellent secondary benefits.
