ORMIT and Rabobank offer you a unique opportunity to become a business process management engineer. You will gain extensive expert knowledge of Pega and business process management, while at the same time completing an intensive programme keyed to your personal development. You will develop into a professional who grasps the dynamics of modern banking and knows how to translate complex business processes into advanced IT solutions using Pega business process management tools.

Alongside a focus on content knowledge and personal development, this programme will push you to excel in a number of challenging roles within Rabobank. Over the course of the two-year programme, you will be deployed in three different IT roles in which you will put your newly acquired knowledge into immediate practice. Depending on your background and experience, you will be assigned to work as a software engineer, operations engineer or business analyst. At the end of this intensive two-year programme, you will join Rabobank as a Pega consultant/business process management engineer.

• a university degree, preferably in IT, industrial engineering & management science, business administration, civil engineering or similar
