We have a vacancy in the faculty’s Office of Student Affairs, for a colleague who will support our Team Exams and our Front Office.
The colleague we are looking for will:
Process exam results and execute related procedures at Team Exams.
Staff the education desk (primary faculty student services) and handle of back office tasks at the Front Office.
Be responsible for coordination of the Scan Office. This includes recruitment and training of student employees, ensure that scan-capacity is tailored to the amount of work and adhere to the official (quality) control protocols.

Is capable of giving and receiving feedback effectively.

We offer a 1.00 fte appointment as Student Affairs Officer for one year. In case of good performance and equal prospects for the faculty, extension of the employment is a possibility.
Remuneration will be according to standard salary levels, depending on education and relevant work experience, in salary scale 7 (€ 2.161 - € 2.917 gross per month), based on a fulltime appointment) according to the collective labour agreement (CAO) of Dutch Universities, including 8% holiday pay and an 8,3% end of year payment.
The conditions of employment are excellent. Within the framework of the university job structure (UFO), the position of Student Affairs Officer is in the category “Medewerker Studentenzaken”, level 3.
