APG located in Amsterdam has a vacancy for a Traineeship: Asset Management - Investment/Portfolio Management.

Function:

Asset management is one of APG’s business unit. Our clients are central to our thoughts and actions. We deploy our experience, expertise and innovation to invest the deposited pension funds in a responsible and cost-effective manner. We have offices in four locations; Amsterdam, Heerlen, Hong Kong, and New York.

As an Asset management trainee, you will get to know all aspects of APG in two years’ time, by completing several assignments. Possible assignments include developing a performance tool, market analysis of infrastructure possibilities in Eastern Europe, or setting up an investment case. You will get stuck into your assignments, but you will also work on your personal development. • Master’s degree in a field related to Economics, with outstanding study results
• A maximum of two years’ work experience
• Broad-ranging extra-curricular development (e.g. committee or board
• membership, volunteer work)
• Fluency in English
• Energetic, ambitious, eager to learn, and innovative

We will offer you a two-year contract with a € 3146 gross monthly salary (based on a 40- hour work week, excluding holiday pay and end-of-year bonus).
