The PhD Workshop takes place on November 16 in Jakarta. The recruitment event is exclusive for Dutch institutions. It's a great opportunity for Dutch professors and university recruiters to meet highly motivated Indonesian Master's students, who are looking for a PhD position in the Netherlands. Indonesia offers several scholarships for their master students to do a PhD abroad.

The PhD Workshop is organized by Nuffic Neso Indonesia in Jakarta. Before the event starts, you can review candidates' CVs and research proposals and schedule the one-to-one interviews. 

• Only Dutch institutions may be represented by authorized delegates such as faculty professors, advisors, lecturers or in-house recruiters. 
• Delegates should be qualified to introduce the PhD programs, curriculums, scholarship and all relevant admissions policies etc. to the students.
• No third party recruiters could be accepted. The PhD Workshop exclusively promotes direct delegate-to-candidate communication.

This gives your organisation the possibility to not only invite professors for the event on November 16, but also recruiters and international officers.

The 4th 'supporting' delegate can participate in the full program, including the side events and dinners. The supporting delegate can join the interview tables of his/her colleagues, but won't be able to plan his/her own interviews. Planning the one-on-one interviews is an exclusive service for the paying delegates.

• Giving students an opportunity to meet face-to-face with official delegates of accredited Dutch universities & institutions, and to be admitted for suitable PhD programs.
