Job description

Your main responsibility is the organisation and facilitation of a mix of tailor-made and open executive programmes and projects at UMIO | Maastricht University.

While coordinating your portfolio of programmes, you will be working closely with our (potential) participants, clients, programme managers, faculty members and other stakeholders within and outside the UMIO organisation.

More in detail, your job will consist of:

·         keeping in close contact with our clients, participants and faculty

·         coordinating and planning learning experiences

·         monitoring and evaluating the progress of the programme, and providing feedback to programme management

·         advising (potential) participants before, during and after their learning experience

·         monitoring your programme budgets

·         providing marketing support for various activities and events

·         Some variety in working hours may be required, as is occasionally working at different locations, of course always planned in advance

·         …and anything else that you feel is necessary to ensure our participants get the best learning experience you can imagine.

Requirements

You have a lifelong learning mind-set and have finished your higher vocational education. Organizing and coordinating makes you jump out of bed in the morning and you love supporting others in developing meaningful learning experiences.

You rock at speaking and writing in Dutch and English, you love to engage with all kinds of people and know your way around a computer. While working independently on your programmes, you also enjoy engaging socially with your colleagues by sharing experiences, learning from each other and share lunch.

Conditions of employment

Fixed-term contract: 1 year.

Employment conditions are based on the Collective Labour Agreement of Dutch Universities when you work at UMIO. We would like to welcome you for a part-time position for a period of 1 year with the possibility of an extension. The gross monthly salary is based on experience and qualifications, and ranges from a minimum of € 2579,- to a maximum of € 3445,- on a fulltime basis.
