Given the desired growth in its education program and to support new and innovative teaching initiatives, the Marketing section of the Erasmus School of Economics invites applications for the position of part-time Lecturer in Marketing (appointment size to be determined depending on load).
The candidate will
The Lecturer will report to the Director of the Department of Business Economics as well as the Manager Tutor Academy.
Successful applicants are expected to be strong team players and to have demonstrated a solid interest in teaching at the BSc and MSc level and a proven track record in this respect, having obtained UTQ. We expect the candidate to have a sound background in marketing, demonstrated by a PhD Degree.
CEFR level of English as well as Dutch must be C1.
The Lecturer appointment initially is a two-year position, with possible extension based on proven quality and skills. We offer opportunities for lecturers to further develop teaching skills. The conditions of employment comply with the ‘CAO Nederlandse Universiteiten/Collective Agreement Netherlands Universities (CAO NU)’. Salary is subject to know-how and experience and will be a maximum of €4.978,00 gross per month (salary scale 11) for a full time appointment.
The EUR has attractive employment conditions, which include a holiday allowance of 8.0%, an end-of-year bonus of 8.3% and 232 hours of leave in case of a full workweek (38 hours).
