Job description

Maastricht University School of Business and Economics offers several MSc and BSc programmes in the area of Business and Economics in which the students can choose from a wide range of electives. Due to this freedom of choice, the scheduling in general and the planning of written examinations is a rather complex process. The exam scheduler is responsible for the scheduling of all SBE written examinations within SBE’s publicly funded programmes, and provides information and assistance to students regarding their exam schedules as required.

Furthermore, the position involves frequent correspondence with course coordinators, invigilators and other parties involved in written exams. It also involves compiling facts and figures for the Management Team as well as keeping track of the financial administration of the exam scheduling process. The exam scheduler closely cooperates with and under the supervision of the SBE exam coordinator, who is responsible for the overall coordination of SBE’s written examinations.
