Research
The candidate has a clear academic research focus and a solid background in quantitative research methods. He/She must have a promising research direction aimed at international publications in peer reviewed journals, and a high-quality and original research portfolio that is relevant to academia, the accountancy profession and the business community. The candidate must be able to valorize academic insights.

Teaching
Next to research responsibilities the candidate will have teaching responsibilities and be involved in Nyenrode’s degree and executive education programs.

You have a Ph.D. degree in a relevant discipline from an accredited university. You have proven to have experience and a talent for research and teaching in the field of financial reporting. You have already published in highly ranked international academic journals. We ask your teaching to be in Dutch or English. It is necessary to have credentials to teach at Dutch universities and to be BKO registered or willing to register within a limited period of time. You should be comfortable and willing to work in a team. 

Nyenrode Business Universiteit can be characterized by a combination of a high level of professionality and an informal atmosphere. Salary will depend on position and qualifications. The position is 0,5 FTE, 20 hours per week.
