The challenge

Our mission is preparing students for the 21st Century in which technological and societal developments progress faster than knowledge of experts, which requires intellectual resilience and agility. The project includes the design, execution, and evaluation of innovative ways to teach model-based-reasoning and interdisciplinary in challenge-based education.

As a Lecturer, you will take part in the design and execution of teaching modules in ATLAS-UCT. Your research project seeks to bring together theoretical insights and methodologies from both the education sciences and philosophy.

This project is a collaboration between ATLAS-UCT, the Department of Philosophy, the BMS research theme Learning (ILLUSTRATE), and the 4TU Centre for Engineering Education (4TU-CEE). You will be a member of the ATLAS-UCT team and the philosophy community in BMS.
