I WILL Student Assistant
at the Corporate Marketing and Communications department (CMC) of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) for 16 hours a week starting in August.

You will be part of Brand Management team, consisting of a brand manager (team lead), digital marketing and social media officer and marketing projects officer. The Brand Management team is responsible for safeguarding and further developing RSM brand by building awareness and engagement among key stakeholders and general public. This is being done by incorporating the best practices of corporate branding, creating marketing policies, developing and creating social media and content marketing strategies, creating digital and physical brand assets, helping other departments at RSM to achieve their marketing goals. This is your chance to get more experience and in-depth understanding of marketing and branding.

Your main tasks

• Managing I WILL's social media, website and visibility around the campus
• Coordinating photoshoots and editing I WILL pictures
• Preparing slides for the graduations
• Assisting brand management team in other marketing related projects

You are eligible for this position if you:

• are in the final year of your bachelor or starting your master program

Your required competencies

• have basic knowledge of InDesign, design/video editing skills
• have strong attention to details
• are creative, flexible and can think out-of-the-box
• have pro-active attitude and can work independently

Fixed-term contract: 12 months.

• The conditions of employment correspond with the collective labour agreement for Dutch Universities (CAO NU).
• We offer a part-time contract, initially for the period of one year.
• Salary is subject to training and experience and may vary from a minimum of € 2,110 gross per month, based on a full-time contract of 38 hours
