You will learn from others working on various types of ICAs, can also transfer your knowledge on the topic to other team members, and develop your coaching and project management skills.

Your main tasks
  • Some of the research is desk research. Another part will be done by compiling databases on the evolution of various kinds of ICAs over time and to analyse the data. And the research on present-day ICAs can be performed in other ways, for example surveys and interviews.
  • You will also be actively involved in supervising PhD-members of the team and collaborating with other team members when exchanging knowledge and expertise.
  • As a member of RSM's Department of Business-Society Management you will also be involved in some teaching assignments linked to your expertise.
