The Research Assistant will work within a group of researchers involved in the design and evaluation of digital behavior change interventions for primary and secondary prevention in the addiction field. The Research Assistant will be tasked with supporting the design, planning, execution and reporting of scientific research activities, including the set-up and execution of (part of) project plans, analysis of collected data, and drafting of research reports (in full or in part). The Research Assistant will be also involved in a large public-private collaborative project in the field of online responsible gambling and prevention of gambling problems.
The Research Assistant will have the possibility of gaining substantial research experience, including the refinement of analytical and research methods skills, critical thinking, scientific writing and intervention design, and the opportunity of collaborating with expert scientists and practitioners in the field of addictions and (digital) behavior change

Your initial employment term will be 12 months. Your remuneration will depend on the position, your specific knowledge and experience. It will be calculated on the basis of full-time salary ranging between EUR 2656,- and 4012,- gross per year (salary scale 8 or 9, CAO NU ). The Erasmus School of Social and Behavioural Sciences (ESSB) is home to a vast diversity of scientific disciplines: public administration, pedagogical sciences, psychology and sociology.
