Radboudumc
Radboud Centre for Infectious Diseases has a great interest in the development of sustainable postgraduate education in Antimicrobial stewardship. As an example the Radboud International Masterclass on Antimicrobial stewardship and Expert consultancy was organized for the first time in 2019 in Berg en Dal, the Netherlands.
A group of 35 participants from 15 countries, with a background in Infectious Diseases, Microbiology, Clinical Pharmacy and Public Health were involved in a one week- training program on implementation of Antimicrobial Stewardship Programs in their own hospital or healthcare system. Participants benefitted from post-course expert consultancy by experienced Dutch professionals through cooperation with PUM (Programma Uitzending Managers). Here you can find more details on the program
More details on the program can be found at the website of
Dutch Antimicrobial Stewardship.
