The
Erasmus Centre for Study and Career Success makes use of an intervention programme that has shown to be been very successful in raising students' academic performance and retention rate. The goal is to help as many students as possible to reach their full potential and to reduce gender and ethnicity inequality in universities, universities of applied sciences, and secondary education. RSM has been applying the intervention project since 2011, and it is currently being rolled out at other faculties, universities and high schools.
The Centre is looking for a researcher per 1 August 2021.
As a researcher you will be responsible for preparing research and experiments, analysing and processing data, providing advice and guidance for team members, maintenance and management of research facilities, developing new methods and interventions, co-ordinating projects, and setting up new research plans, including funding. Publishing articles and presenting at conferences will also be part of the job.
