You will be cooperating closely with education marketing, event management and student admission colleagues both within Erasmus School of Economics and Erasmus University Rotterdam in order to achieve the goals and targets set for internationalisation and education marketing.
As the International Marketing & Recruitment Officer, you are responsible for the correct positioning of our educational programmes (bachelor and master) on the international market and play a key role in the international education marketing activities of the School. You build on existing strategies for marketing and communication abroad and identify (online and offline) target countries of special interest to Erasmus School of Economics.
You will be participating in virtual and/or physical education marketing activities, like education fairs, presentations at schools, open days or other international events and make recommendations for marketing activities to promote our BSc and MSc degree programmes. The promotion of Double degree programmes (BSc and MSc) at partner universities abroad and within Erasmus School of Economics is also one of your responsibilities.
Providing adequate information to students and counsellors about the international BSc and MSc degree programmes both online (review and update website, e-mail) and offline (contribute to the development of brochures/flyers, appointments with students) will be part of your remit.
The International Marketing & Recruitment Officer participates in Marketing & Recruitment meetings at school and university level. Besides, you will be managing the iBuddy programme for new international bachelor students at Erasmus School of Economics, executed by study associations EFR and FAECTOR.
In this role, you will be part of the School’s Communication, Internationalisation, Marketing and Alumni team. You will work closely with the Online Marketing Advisor to monitor and improve SEA/SEO, study portals and social media as marketing tools for the recruitment of international students. You will be coordinating the student-assistant Leads management regarding international leads management as well as quarterly newsletters to prospective students via CRM (Microsoft Dynamics/Clickdimensions)

In view of the responsibilities and competences associated with the position and your qualifications and experience, Erasmus School of Economics offers a gross salary between € 2.790 and € 4.402 (salary scale 10, CAO NU) for a full-time position.
Employment would preferably start in September 2021 until the end of June 2022. Nature of contract: temporary, during maternity leave. The contract will not be extended upon termination.

The Erasmus School of Economics provides Bachelor and Master education in the fields of Economics, Business Economics and Econometrics for approximately 7,000 students. Within the faculty there are four different departments (Business Economics, Economics, Applied Economics and Econometrics) and in addition the Dean's Office. Control, HR, IT, Support and facilities activities are concentrated here, with the aim of providing proactive and excellent support to the capacity groups. The CIMA department is part of the Dean's Office.
