Effective immediately, we are seeking an inspiring Work- and Organizational Psychology lecturer. The W&O Psychology group provides a bachelor specialization, a Master’s program with four specialized master’s tracks, and is involved in the Psychology Research Master’s program. Within the Faculty of Social and Behavioural Sciences, the discipline of Psychology offers a range of Bachelor's and Master’s degree programs. As a lecturer, you will be part of the Work and Organizational Psychology program group. The teaching and research in our programs is internationally oriented, offering courses both in English and in Dutch.

Fixed-term contract: 2 years.
We are looking for a teacher for a temporary employment of 22.8 hours per week for the duration of two years. Upon proven suitability, unchanged organizational developments and sufficient formation space, the intention is to extend the employment for one year. There is a probationary period of two months.
Salary depends on past education and relevant work experience, with a minimum salary of €3807 and a maximum salary of €5211 gross per month, based on a full-time appointment for a 38-hour working week and in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities). We additionally offer an extensive package of secondary employee benefits, including a generous holiday scheme and year-end bonus.
