The YUFE Office Manager works as one team in close collaboration with the duo partner. Both are core members of the YUFE Management Office (MO), led by the YUFE Director. The YUFE MO is responsible for the day-to-day management of the YUFE alliance, the development of its strategy and interaction with internal and external key stakeholders.
As the YUFE Office Manager, you will be based at Maastricht University and will assist the YUFE Director and support the YUFE MO by providing secretarial, administrative and logistical support. You will also support related projects (0,2 fte).

The ideal candidate is a proactive individual with a hands-on mentality who is not afraid of going the extra mile. He/she/they is/are a motivated self-starter that possesses/possess extensive knowledge and experience fitting the requirements of the challenging work environment. The successful candidate has:
Fixed-term contract: 1 year, with the possibility for an extension, based on a good assessment.

Working days are Mondays and Wednesdays. The third day can be chosen by the candidate.
