Job description

Technology and education go hand in hand. Educators cannot do their job without using digital education technologies for courses and training. You have the passion to support innovative education and your technical knowledge and solution-oriented drive help you work on these improvements

The TLS support team supports a wide range of educational applications. When changes are made to applications, we make sure that teachers know what this means for them. You ensure that the support team can answer complex questions from teachers about the application of technology in education. You are familiar with our processes and you continue to critically search for continuous improvements. You also participate in projects that are started and implemented cross-functionally. You organize the first-line service desk in collaboration with your colleagues, advise and work with many departments on the education of the future. Together we are 100% committed to providing the very best support to top quality education, thereby making a significant contribution to the overall quality of education at TU Delft.

As a senior you have a guiding role within the team and you will be involved in projects to further develop the service content and process. Our (young) department has experienced a lot of growth in a short period of time and this is expected to continue. It is up to you and your colleagues to properly implement these changes and to continue to optimize the supporting processes.

You do this within our team, which consists of six colleagues and yourself. We are all experts in our field who get energy from providing the best support for a lecturer. At times it can be hectic and dynamic in our department, that's why we always help each other and do our work in a positive atmosphere. Variety, room for your own ideas and independence, teamwork and quality, these are the core values of our team.
