As a Lecturer Research Skills, your tasks include teaching and developing courses in the field of Applied Research. In addition, you supervise and examine graduation students. You will teach courses in which students learn to:

• Apply statistics in research projects;
• Set up applied research;
• Critically analyze and identify trends and patterns from complex data sets;
• Apply data visualization and data storytelling: translating data into language(s) that can be easily understood by different types of stakeholders from end users to data analysis teams;
• Communicate and work with other strategists, creative and production teams to set measurable benchmarks for effectiveness. 

We are looking for a research specialist, preferably with a background in Creative Business. Ideally, you are strong in both qualitative and qualitative research. Since we work with an international team, being competent in a culturally generic way, i.e. being good at dealing with differences, is essential for this job. The diversity of the CB team will be enriched by your own background, history or expertise.

Also we are looking for something with:

• A PhD;
• Affinity with creative business;
• Experienced with data tools such as SPSS,  Atlas.ti and Tableau;
• Excellent English proficiency. 

Because of our hybrid education form, you have to be able and willing to teach both offline and online with the facilities provided by our university.
