Requirements

Candidates should have completed, or be close to completing, their Ph.D. dissertation and should demonstrate research potential leading to publications in top academic journals. While proficiency in English is required, knowledge of Dutch is not necessary. Although we are open to all strong research profiles, we especially encourage researchers with a quantitative marketing and/or marketing strategy focus to apply for this position.

In this way, international staff and students can also participate fully in the communication on our campus. Our employees are expected to meet the job’s language level.

For academia: Proficiency in English is mandatory (CEFR: C2 level)

Conditions of employment

The position will be filled at the level of tenure-track Assistant Professor. The tenure track position offers ample opportunities to do research as it carries a light teaching load. A tenure decision is made after at most five years. 

You are entitled to a vacation allowance of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.3% of your gross annual income. If you work 40 hours per week, you will receive 41 paid days of leave per year.
