As a consequence, the candidate should be able and willing to play a leading role in the maintenance of the high standard and further development of the domain of microeconomics in research and education.

The candidate has an excellent research profile in the area of applied and/or theoretical microeconomics and must be an internationally recognized researcher in the field, who is firmly embedded in relevant international research networks. The candidate must be a recognized and dedicated teacher who has developed as well as taught innovative courses within the microeconomics domain. The candidate should have an interest in and be willing to apply the Problem Based Learning (PBL) system used at SBE. The candidate will be one of the senior faculty members within the department, which also has a substantial amount of junior researchers/lecturers and PhD candidates.
