The School of Industrial Engineering at the Eindhoven University of Technology is one of the longest-established engineering schools in Europe. The ITEM group is part of the School of Industrial Engineering at the TU/e. The group comprises about 29 FTE faculty and about 20 FTE doctoral candidates who participate in and contribute to the ITEM group's research, education, and service program. The undergraduate learning line in technology entrepreneurship, spanning from theory to application, is consistently viewed by students as highly relevant and, as such, attracts many students from all TU/e's departments.
