• You have completed a relevant MSc or PhD degree (e.g. in computer science or electrical engineering). 
• You are proficient in one or more modern programming languages (Python, C/C++, assembly, Rust, Go) and have experience with Verilog/VHDL.
• You have knowledge of machine learning/deep learning and data mining.
• You have knowledge of TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras. You have experience in GPU and parallel programming.
• You have a communicative and accessible attitude and can function well in a team.
• You are flexible and can work independently.
• You are strongly motivated to deliver a usable and maintainable product. You have a good command of English.

Fixed-term contract: It concerns a temporary employment for 1 year with the possibility of a permanent contract.

• It concerns an employment for 1.0 FTE.
• The gross monthly salary amounts to a minimum of €2,960 and a maximum of €4,670 based on a 38-hour working week, depending on previous education and number of years of relevant work experience (salary scale 10).
• You will receive 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% end-of-year bonus.
• It concerns a temporary employment for 1 year with the possibility of a permanent contract.

The position is available in the Digital Security group of the Institute for Computing and Information Sciences (iCIS) at Radboud University and you will be working with members of the Data Science group as well. Research at iCIS focuses on three themes: software science, digital security and data science. These themes build upon Radboud University's long-standing tradition of combining cutting-edge research on the mathematical foundations of computer science with societally relevant problems that are susceptible to scientific solutions.
