You are the expert in the field of data management. In addition, you take care of all data sets within the faculty, but also that it is well known which data sets are available. There are a number of tasks that are shared between the two data stewards: contact person to organizations such as ODISSEI, train researchers and contribute to programming experiments.

In the long run, you and your colleagues within the Research Support Team will ensure a further quality boost to research within the faculty and take the burden off the scientists. This position is new within the faculty and the university, so there is plenty of room to shape the position further.

You are part of the Research Support Team, which houses a variety of research support. Customer focus is paramount and you will work a lot within the team with the scientific programmer and the data representative, as well as with colleagues in other departments. It is a close and friendly team.
