“Supporting your academic goals.” That is what we do at the University Library (UL). And to make that happen, we invest in advanced services for research and education. Three of those services are central to this position: our WorldShare library system, Virtual Research Environment (VRE) service, and website. When working with these different systems, it is up to you to put the puzzle pieces in the right place, so that the users of our services (i.e., students, teachers and researchers) are optimally supported.
Your work focuses on:
We are looking for you if you can quickly understand systems, and have good analytical and problem-solving skills. Some basic knowledge of SQL programming or advanced formulas in Excel is required to bulk edit, combine and analyze different system data. You are someone who can successfully complete tasks independently, and knows when it is necessary to involve colleagues and how that can be done.

The initial contract will be for the fixed term of 1 year. In case of good performance the contract will be extended to a permanent contract.
