• You have a college degree or equivalent work experience
• You have several years of experience as a functional administrator in a complex support environment. Preferably, you have also worked in (higher) education, but this is not required.
• You have knowledge and experience in maintaining and testing chain processes or data integrations (API and LTI), and are able to write functional descriptions of these.
• You are able to be a liaison between ICT, end users, internal support departments and (SAAS) vendors.
• You are inquisitive and able to communicate concisely and proactively with colleagues at different levels in the organization. You have a good sense of others' wants and needs and will always strive for the best solution.
• You enjoy delving into data-driven queries. The creation, analysis and verification of data reports from the systems is something you are comfortable with.
• You have excellent writing and speaking skills in both Dutch and English. Explaining a technical ICT matter clearly and concisely to the business (instructors, students and support staff) in terms they are familiar with is second nature to you.

Fixed-term contract: 1 jaar.

• Duration of contract is 1 year with prospect of permanent.
• A job of 32-40 hours per week.
• A salary based on scale 10 of the CAO for Dutch Universities with a minimum of €2.960,- and a maximum of €4.670,- gross per month based on a fulltime contract (38 hours), plus 8% holiday allowance and an end-of-year bonus of 8.3%.

Education & Student Affairs (ESA) provides educational support by taking care of education and student administration, coordinating education policy, supporting and supervising Dutch and international students and PhD candidates, providing training in teaching and other areas, giving educational advice and support and organising sport & culture activities. ESA is made up of the departments Education Service Centre, Academic Services, Extension School, Information Management and X. ESA employs around 250 staff.
