University College Tilburg is a university-wide college, residing within the Tilburg School of Humanities and Digitals Sciences (TSHD). University College Tilburg offers a three-year interdisciplinary and international bachelor program in Liberal Arts and Sciences. Our University College selects students on the basis of their intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn, and interest in small-scale and interactive education.
The junior lecturer supports lecturers of first and third-year courses to safeguard the small-scale character of the curriculum.

Fixed-term contract: 3 years.
We offer a full-time lecturer position. In principle, the successful candidate receives a contract for 3 years. Depending on the candidates’ experience, the salary for this position on a full-time basis ranges between € 2.960 and € 4.670 gross per month based on scale 10 of the Collective Labor Agreement (CAO) Dutch Universities.
Tilburg University is rated among the top of Dutch employers and has excellent terms of employment, such as a holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8.3% (annually), an options model, and reimbursement of moving expenses. The collective labor agreement of the Dutch Universities applies.
You are entitled to a vacation allowance of 8% and a year-end bonus of 8.3% of your gross annual income. If you work 40 hours per week, you will receive 41 paid days of leave per year.
Researchers from outside the Netherlands may qualify for a tax-free allowance of 30% of their taxable salary if they meet the relevant conditions. The university applies for this allowance on their behalf. All employees of the university are covered by the so-called General Pension Fund for Public Employers (Stichting Pensioenfonds ABP).
