Requirements

Who and what are you?
To start with, you bring excellent organizational and planning skills that help you to work accurately and result-oriented, even under pressure or with tight deadlines. In an environment where bureaucracy (sometimes) and creative thinking (often) alternate, you show that you are proactive, take initiative and can solve problems independently. You are flexible and have a smooth pen. Your natural (inter)personal skills are of great value in building and maintaining relationships at home and abroad.

In any case, you bring with you:
  • a completed education at a bachelor level;
  • at least 3 years of experience with (administrative work within) projects, including the use of data and information systems;
  • affinity or experience with a academic environment;
  • excellent command of English and Dutch;
  • a European nationality (or you hold a valid work permit).

Conditions of employment

What do you get from us?
A responsible position, in which all your skills are called upon and with plenty of room for your initiative and useful ideas. We offer you the opportunity to make your own contribution to this exciting and important project. The international focus of the program is interesting: it provides you with unique contacts and many new experiences.

What you also get:
  • a salary range from € 3.226 to € 5.090 gross per month for a full-time appointment (scale 10);
  • an appointment for one year with the possibility of renewal;
  • an end-of-year bonus of 8.3% and a holiday allowance of 8%;
  • a choice model with which you can tailor your other employment conditions to your needs;
  • excellent training facilities;
  • A good work/life balance, including a flexible working time, our own nursery, paid parental leave and opportunities for sabbatical leave.
