As an Assistant Professor in the Methodology department you will provide high-quality courses in empirical quantitative research methodology and business administration. You will be involved in the teaching programmes of the Nijmegen School of Management, particularly in the Bachelor’s degree courses in Methodology and the Master’s programme in Business Analysis and Modelling/ European Master’s programme in System Dynamics. Furthermore, you will carry out high-quality research activities in the field of research and intervention methodology, with reference to other research groups within the multidisciplinary setting of the faculty research institute IMR, and you will be expected to successfully apply for funding from governmental, European as well as private institutions. You will publish regularly in leading international academic journals, and you will participate actively in the internationalisation activities of the Nijmegen School of Management.

Nijmegen School of Management
The Nijmegen School of Management (NSM) is an academic centre of research and higher education within Radboud University, focusing on institutional and managerial issues concerning complex organisations in both the public and private domain. NSM is organised around seven disciplines: Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, Economics and Business Economics, Social and Political Sciences of the Environment, Human Geography, and Spatial Planning. NSM strives for a multidisciplinary approach whenever possible. NSM employs 260 FTE of whom 75% are academics and enrols about 4,200 students.
The Department of Business Administration consists of five chairs: Strategic Management, Organisational Design & Development, Marketing, Methodology, and Strategic Human Resource Management. Research and teaching is based on the Nijmegen approach to Business Administration, characterised by a broad social science orientation, an integrative stakeholder management approach and a focus on interventions. The didactic concept is based on the theory and action based learning approach.
The Methodology group teaches and studies empirical research and intervention methods. The group is responsible for the Master’s degree programme in Business Analysis and Modelling and the European Master ‘s programme in System Dynamics.
