The department of Marketing and Communications is looking for a Student Recruitment Officer.
Temporary position due to maternity leave, 27 May – 30 November 2019
In this position, you are responsible, in cooperation with the Marketing Team, for the successful preparation and completion of all activities and administrative matters concerning international activities in the area of student recruitment.
Job description
Together with your colleague, the marketing and communication advisor, you will be involved in the following tasks:
Preparing, coordinating and day-to-day running of various international recruitment off and online activities;
Organising single or several-day recruitment activities such as education fairs, school visit tours abroad.
Managing and supervising the student co-workers from different cultural backgrounds.
Knowledge and experience in International Higher Education and International marketing/different diverse cultural backgrounds is preferred.
Hands-on, customer-oriented and flexible attitude
Great sense of responsibility and professional attitude
Good eye for detail and works accurately
Organizational talent: good at planning, managing stress, being able to work independently and a team player
Good social and communication skills
Knowledge and experience with social media tools is a plus
Knowledge of the complete Office-package
Flexible in working hours, available occasionally in weekend due to recruitment activities
Fixed-term contract: 27 May 2019 - 30 November 2019.

An attractive 0.8 FTE job in an inspiring, service-oriented work environment, with the University Job Classification (UFO) profile of Student Recruitment Officer, scale 8 of the CAO-NU and favourable secondary employment conditions.
Remuneration will be according to standard salary levels, depending on education and relevant work experience. This implies a gross monthly salary of minimum € 2.579,00 and maximum € 3.445,00, according to scale 8 of CAO NU. Each year the standard salary is supplemented with a holiday allowance of 8% and an end-of-year bonus of 8,3%.
