At the newly built Economic Decision Making Laboratory at Leiden University, we are looking for a Lab Manager (0.6fte, 3 years fixed-term). The Lab Manager will be a core member of our research team focusing on the neurobiological and behavioral mechanisms underlying cooperation and conflict. We conduct incentivized interaction experiments within and between small groups of people. The lab manager will be partly responsible for preparing, implementing, and running these experiments. The project is coordinated by Carsten K.W. De Dreu (i.c.w. Jörg Gross, Ruthie Pliskin, and Eric van Dijk) and is funded by Leiden University, the European Research Council (ERC), and the Netherlands Foundation for Scientific Research (NWO). Next to senior research faculty it hosts PhD and MSc students, and postdoctoral fellows.
Key responsibilities
We offer a 1 year term position, with the possibility of renewal for another 2 years based on need, funding and performance. Starting date is no later than September 1, 2019
Salary range from €2709 to €4274 gross per month (Official UFO job profile is OOM 1, pay scale 10, in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities).
