Lecturers within the department have a wide variety of teaching tasks including the tutoring of student groups and the grading of papers and exams. Teaching activities are oriented towards the bachelor programs for economics and international business. Given the diversity of teaching activities, both applicants with experience in teaching as well as applicants with a practical background as an information management professional are invited to apply for this position.Typical courses taught include Management Information Systems, Database Management, IT project management, Enterprise Resource Planning and Business Intelligence.
A Master degree in Business Economics, International Business, Economics, Econometrics, Business Administration or equivalent. Applicants that have a specialization in Information Management are specifically invited. Fluent English writing and speaking skills as well as adequate computer skills are required. Experience with working in a Problem Based Learning environment is advantageous.
Fixed-term contract: 4 years.
A full time or part time appointment, with a starting date of September 1, 2019. The length of the appointment is negotiable, with a maximum of 4 years. Your gross annual salary may range from € 36.000 to € 56.000, depending on qualifications and previous experience.
