About the department The department of Business-Society Management at RSM was established more than 20 years ago as one of the first business and society departments in a leading European Business School. It still ranks among the best in Europe in terms of research productivity and societal impact.
Your faculty colleagues are actively involved in the academic leadership of scholarly associations (e.g., IABS, AOM, EGOS) and serve on editorial teams and boards of leading journals in the field. Our department offers its own master programme in Global Business and Sustainability, and contributes to all bachelor, master, MBA, MPhil and PhD programmes at RSM.
Faculty members also publish regularly in top-tier journals, such as the
Academy of Management Review,
Academy of Management Annals,
Journal of Management Studies,
