Job description

Wat will you be doing?
Recruiting scientific staff is a unique and rewarding experience. You will have the chance to build relationships not only with your hiring managers, but also with other key stakeholders within the various departments. With your expertise and credibility you will be a trusted partner, providing support and advise with regard to their recruitment strategy.

As an experienced recruiter, you will attract and actively search for qualified academic candidates (assistant, associate, and full professors) on an international scale. Your passion for identifying and engaging passive candidates will be key to your success. You will be involved in pre-selection and candidate interviews, often collaborating closely with your hiring managers. Your drive for excellence will ensure that hiring managers remain engaged and committed throughout the entire process. While you enjoy professional freedom in your role, you will also be supported by your recruitment colleagues. You will be joining a small but connected team, that appreciates the fun factor as well!

The journey to a successful hire can be lengthy, often spanning over six months. This extended timeline allows you to build strong relationships with your candidates, becoming a trusted partner both internally and externally. What starts as a candidate relationship can evolve into a partnership with your future hiring managers.
