Postdoc in Entrepreneurship/Organization Theory on the topic ‘Economic Inclusion of People with Disabilities’
We seek applications from emergent scholars with expertise in entrepreneurship, organization theory or strategy for a postdoctoral position focusing on the economic inclusion of people with disabilities. This is a fully funded, 24 months position at one of the top research schools in Europe.

The opening relates to a government-funded project on the economic inclusion of people with disabilities. The candidate will work with Professor Rene Bakker as well as other faculty in the Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship department on empirical projects related to the economic inclusion of people with disabilities. People with disabilities are the world’s biggest minority, numbering more than 1bn globally, they are still being excluded from large parts of the economy. This project will explore various avenues that may boost regular employment and self-employment of people with disabilities. Your role as a postdoc is to independently and collectively contribute to cutting-edge scholarly research in this area. Within this area, there is significant scope to carve out a project that you find interesting and exciting.
Fixed-term contract: 20 months (1.0 FTE) or 24 months (0.8 FTE).
