What do we expect from you?
The successful applicant will contribute to the School’s objectives by engaging in scholarly activity through teaching and supervision. More particularly, the lecturer will be expected to provide first class teaching across the range of education programs at Arnhem Business School. The candidate will contribute to the development of the academic programs and modules reflecting the importance of the field mentioned in a leading Business School. Supervising students during their internship and graduation assignment will also be expected. Assignments from companies are an essential part of the program. We expect (over time) a contribution to the development of internal and external relationships by engaging with the wider research and professional community at HAN and beyond.

An independent and varied job in a dynamic and informal setting. Appointment will initially be for one year and will start February 1st , 2019. Depending on your experience level, the position will be at the level of Lecturer level 1 or 2. The gross monthly salary for Lecturer 2 is a maximum of € 4.094,11 (scale 10 of the Collective Labour Agreement for Universities of Applied Sciences), and for Lecturer 1 a maximum of € 4.777,65 (scale 11 of the Collective Labour Agreement for Universities of Applied Sciences) for a fulltime appointment. The salary is exclusive of 8% holiday allowance and 8.3% annual bonus. Besides, the HAN offers good provisions regarding pension, health care, training facilities, mobility and parental leave.
