The Center for Higher Education Policy Studies (CHEPS) is one of the world’s leading centers of excellence and relevance in its field and has a strong international network. Through its research, training & teaching and consultancy activities CHEPS makes governments, universities and others to better address the multiple challenges of higher education.
Throughout its 35 years history CHEPS has seen higher education changing.
