At the Faculty of Sciences and Engineering (FSE) within the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), we are looking for a secretary to support us with all administrative, financial & organizational tasks.
The Office of Student Affairs (OSA) is the main point of contact for all students and staff. We serve two existing sciences master’s and a bachelor’s programme that will start in September 2021. The OSA team was established recently and consists of five colleagues all with a different role, background and experience but with a common wish to spend our time at work in the best possible way. To complement the team we are looking for an enthusiastic administrative professional who would love to help us make things work.

Fixed-term contract: 12 months ( with prospect of permanent employment).
We offer a fixed-term contract for 1 year with a competitive salary for this position of 22.8 hours a week (0.6 fte). Depending on the evaluation, the position is eligible for an extension.
