We are seeking candidates with a quantitative background. We are looking for applicants who can demonstrate excellence in scholarly research and competence in teaching, and who hold or are nearing completion of a PhD in marketing or a related discipline (computer science, data science, econometrics, economics, machine learning, statistics).

Fixed-term contract: Tenure Track.

As an RSM researcher, you will have access to excellent research facilities such as the Erasmus Behavioural Lab and several high-performance computing resources through the SURFsara foundation and the Erasmus Research Institute in Management (ERIM). The Department of Marketing Management is chaired by Professor Stefano Puntoni (spuntoni@rsm.nl), and offers a moderate teaching load and a highly collegial and supportive environment.

The conditions of employment comply with the collective labour agreement for Dutch universities (CAO VSN). The remuneration on a full-time basis amounts to a minimum gross monthly salary of €3,746 and a maximum of €5,127 (scale 11), depending on your education and experience. Favourable tax agreements may apply to applicants who are not from the Netherlands.
