As a software developer you will develop and maintain software components within the
European Health Data and Evidence Network (EHDEN) project. The EHDEN project aspires to be the trusted observational research ecosystem to enable better health decisions, outcomes and care. Its mission is to provide a new paradigm for the discovery and analysis of health data in Europe, by building a large-scale, federated network of data sources standardised to a common data model. This work is done in close collaboration with the
Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics (OHDSI) initiative.
You will be responsible for developing, documenting and maintaining analytical software components that enable the execution of characterization, population-level effect estimation, and patient-level prediction analyses across Europe. See
here for an example. You will be part of an international development team in EHDEN and OHDSI, and will regularly communicate and meet with the other team members. You will report to the local team in Erasmus MC.
