We are looking for an Assistant Professor who can teach in the domains relevant to the Social, Health and Organizational Psychology group, and who conducts research on themes relevant to work and organizational psychology. The teaching is implemented in the Bachelor's Psychology, the one-year Master's Social, Health and Organizational Psychology, the Research Master's Social and Health Psychology, and in the Bachelor's and Research Master's Artificial Intelligence (AI). The section also teaches courses at University College Utrecht. We are looking for a new colleague to strengthen our research programme in work and organizational psychology, which centers around social behaviour within work contexts. Themes studied within our group include social identity and (inter)group processes at work, diversity and inclusiveness, authenticity, stereotyping, leadership, work motivation, work stress and well-being, and sustainable employability (for more information see here and here). Within our department we collaborate with other disciplines in the strategic theme ‘Institutions for Open Societies’ and the multidisciplinary research hubs ‘Future of Work’ and ‘Gender & Diversity’.
