The Cellular Protein Chemistry section is seeking applications. The project involves a collaboration with a pharmaceutical company and the Dutch Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (NCFS). You will work on folding and transport of the (mutant) CFTR protein in mammalian cells and mode of action of candidate medicines targeting CFTR.

• an Bsc/MSc/PhD degree in biochemistry, molecular cell biology or a related field;
• a strong scientific drive and affinity with our research;
• the ability to work independently and in a team;
• a good command of the English language.

• a position for two years;
• a full-time gross salary ranging from €2,656 to €3,548 in scale 8;
• benefits including 8% holiday bonus and 8.3% end-of-year bonus;
