The Cellular Protein Chemistry section is seeking applications. The project involves a collaboration with a pharmaceutical company and the Dutch Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (NCFS). You will work on folding and transport of the (mutant) CFTR protein in mammalian cells and mode of action of candidate medicines targeting CFTR.
