As a Project Development Manager, you will be responsible for the initiation, acquisition and creation of public funded projects in the Health domain of the OnePlanet Research Center. These are public private partnership projects (PPS) funded by regional, national or European funding schemes such as EFRO, Interreg, NWO, TopSector and EU.
You will be appointed at Research & Impact, the knowledge transfer department of Radboud University in Nijmegen. You will work closely with the Research & Impact team of grant advisors, Radboud researchers and with project developers, programme managers, researchers and engineers from other OnePlanet partners (Radboud university medical center, WUR, Imec).
You will be responsible for the successful creation of funded project proposals in the Health, Nutrition and Behaviour domain of OnePlanet. You will initiate ideas for public funded project proposals that fit in with OnePlanet road maps and are in alignment with OnePlanet's programme management. Furthermore you will develop and build public-private project consortia and you will have a good overview of public funding possibilities for OnePlanet. You will manage and support the grant proposal process (including writing) together with a team of scientist and business developers. You will actively search for co-funding partners from industry, NGO's, knowledge institutes, and universities. You can quickly derive a good overview of potential partnerships within the scope of the public-private projects of research groups and domains within Radboud University, the Radboud university medical center, WUR, and imec. You will connect with grant offices/responsibles and Business Development of imec, OnePlanet, WUR and Radboud University. You will also connect with EU, national ministries, and regional governmental bodies on innovation calendars.
Fixed-term contract: 1 year, possibility of extension in accordance with the Go-decision of project OnePlanet.
